Crisis Contact Information
It can feel daunting to reach out and talk with someone you don’t know, but be assured the person on the other end of the phone is trained to help you feel safer and more at ease. Until your therapy session with Sarah, talking with someone can offer support.

· Royal North Shore Hospital: Reserve Road, St Leonards (02) 9926 7111
· Northern Beaches Hospital: 105 Frenchs Forest Road West (02) 9105 5000
· Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital: Palmerston Road, Hornsby (02) 9477 9123
