Before Booking

Selecting the right service for your needs :

  • Initial Therapy Session : Select this if you have never visited the clinic before. Choose a session length - either 60 or 90 minutes. An extended session of 90 minutes for the first appointment is recommended.

  • Standard Therapy Session : Select this if you have already had your first appointment and are returning for ongoing sessions with Sarah. You may choose between 60 and 90 minute sessions.

  • TELEHEALTH : Select this option is you are unable to see Sarah in person on Sydneys Northern Beaches. This option is for clients who live elsewhere in Australia, are away on work/travel or needing to stay home. Once again the option is available for both 60 minute and 90 minute sessions.

Please feel free to contact Sarah with any questions regarding booking your appointment. These options may feel confusing and there is no wrong way to book sessions - the main objective is to book a session so you can benefit from the therapeutic support available.

Counsellors are not currently covered under the Medicare Mental Health Care Plan. I do however accept some private health fund rebates. Please contact your health fund for information.

Payment for counselling is taken at the time of consultation or in advance when a Telehealth appointment.

Therapy can also be conducted online via a video platform. Please do contact me with any questions.

Online counselling is not recommended for people in crisis, other means of support are available if you are struggling right now. Please see the resources page on the website.

Cancellation Policy - If you need to cancel your appointment, I ask that you give 48 hours notice or the full fee will be incurred.
